Time & Material
Any repairs or small jobs fall into this category. We charge per hour, with parts and materials being additional.
Quoted
Larger jobs, including installations, full appliance replacements, or commercial planned maintenances are charged based on an agreed upon estimate.
We provide our best price from the beginning, so specials and gimmicks are not needed. We will not upsell or perform any unwanted or unnecessary tasks. If we find something unexpected, the customer is always informed and has the right to accept or reject the additional service.
